No — PickleMeet runs right in the browser. Players can “install” it to their home screen so it opens like an app, but there’s nothing to download from an app store.

They scan the session’s QR code with their phone camera, or type the 5-letter session code if the camera won’t scan. They’re then placed in the fair queue.

It’s first-come, fair-for-everyone: the players who’ve waited longest are called to the next open court. PickleMeet only ever mixes one skill step up or down, so games stay balanced.

Yes. Turn on Session Booking and players reserve a slot before they arrive — you see exactly who’s coming, with a waitlist that auto-promotes and guest invites by link. You can set a fee, a player cap and higher rates for peak nights.

Players can pay by cash at the door or upload a GCash / bank screenshot, and you approve it with one tap. Payment status is private — only the session’s organizer sees who has paid. Your My Finances view then totals collections, expenses and break-even for the night.

Yes. Players have profiles and avatars, can find each other by skill level, add friends and wave hello. There’s in-app chat with photos and reactions for sessions, clubs and direct messages — short names are shown everywhere for privacy, and presence is strictly opt-in.

Every club gets a branded page — cover photo, logo, members and upcoming nights — plus a noticeboard for photo updates. Players near you can discover your club, join, and set it as their home club. You can add co-organizers to share the load.

It’s a player’s pocket coach: 28 badges and 24 missions earned from real games, journey levels from Beginner to Advanced, and win-rate trends that show what to practise next. Every game is recorded automatically, and players can add their outside games too.

Yes — the My Finances view shows per-session collections, expenses and break-even, computed for you from check-in, with payment modes tracked (cash, GCash and more). You can export a CSV any time for your own books.

Yes. Phones buzz the moment a court is ready for them, plus reminders and organizer announcements. It works right in the browser — players can install PickleMeet to their home screen so alerts arrive like a normal app, with nothing to download from an app store.

Yes — open the Live TV Liveboard on any screen at the venue to show courts, the queue and the leaderboard, updating live. It has its own dark, big-screen theme and needs no login, so you can cast the night and leave it running.

PickleMeet keeps working if the venue Wi-Fi hiccups and never loses your data — actions sync back once you’re reconnected. The app itself supports both light and dark themes, and follows whatever your phone is set to.
